Thickness gauge ETG2010 is an ultra small powerful device for thickness measurements of rolled sheets, steel pipes and bars, steel and aluminum products as well as other metal items. It is rather small to fit your hand and does not require fixing a sensor in a certain position. You should simply hold the device near a measured item and it will accurately display the thickness even if the sensor is skewed

In addition, ETG2010 does not require any preliminary preparation of the surface before measurements. The device will operate without contact fluid, through rust and salt deposits, varnish, paint, enamel, plastic, or other non-conductive coating. Smart Gauge will accurately measure thickness with a working gap between the sensor and metal of up to 3 mm!

The NortreNDT technicians have developed the special data processing algorithms that perfectly filter external interference. Metal anisotropy or several reflectors will not affect the accuracy of measurements. At the same time, the device interface remains as easy-to-use and simple as possible. 4 buttons on the device enable all necessary settings However, for detailed data analysis, you can transfer measurements to an Android tablet where you are able to create A, B, C scans, maintain a database of measurements, and upload results in tabular form for further study.
As an additional option, we can offer you to use the EMA thickness gauge together with smart glasses. The smart glasses project A, B or C scan and measurement results directly into the operator’s field of vision, which allows measurements to be taken in hard-to-reach places without any computer or tablet. This allows increase in the operator’s work speed up to 2-3 times.
